An entire complex was designed to house up to 250 students with state-of-the-art facilities like gym, library, computer room, laundry rooms & medical room. A concept of residential halls was studied and were designed as per Indian context, the block was designed to cater to every need of an Indian student. The principle of absolute low maintenance cannot only be seen in the design but also in the elevation. Climatic factors have been considered to increase the overall ventilation of the design scheme & reduce heat gain.
