Renovating this 40-year-old polyclinic into modern one with very constrained budgets. The biggest challenge was to conceal all modern services incorporated in the refurbishment in a limited space & accommodate new set of modern hi-tech equipment into the existing area.

After re-arranging the spaces with respect to time of use and frequency of use, planning of the new functions were attained. The plan was divided into public circulation and private circulation which helped to obtain maximum space usage. Orientation of the plan was made to maximise the ventilation & natural light.

The furniture designed was minimalistic & economical. Few hues and materials were used in the project to give it a touch of simplicity. Most of the materials were reused in the project to help deal with the budget constraints.
